4. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and code created by WebTech Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to you, except third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts, software).
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
- You confirm that any material you provide (logos, images, copy, etc.) does not infringe copyright or any other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver professional, high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or sales.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other fails to meet obligations.
- Fees for completed work up to termination will still be payable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
